Welcome to the TheStoryLoom family! We believe you'll have an amazing time in our interactive story world. These terms of use explain how we can create a wonderful experience together. Please take a few minutes to read through them - they're important for both you and us.

2. WHAT DO WE OFFER YOU?

2.1 Free Experience

With our basic services available to everyone, you can explore the TheStoryLoom world. You can read selected stories, make choices, and enjoy the app. This is a wonderful start that gives you the chance to get to know the app.

2.2 Premium Experience

With our Premium membership, all doors to the story world open! Unlimited access to all our stories, exclusive content, additional chapters, and an ad-free experience await you. You'll absolutely love this experience we've specially prepared for story enthusiasts.

3. OUR SUBSCRIPTION AND PAYMENT SYSTEM

3.1 Our Subscription Options

We have two different Premium packages:

3.2 How Does Payment Work?

Your payments are processed securely through App Store and Google Play Store. Your subscription automatically renews so you don't experience any interruption in your story enjoyment. You can cancel anytime, and after cancellation, your premium features continue until the end of the current period.

3.3 Cancellation and Refunds

If you want to cancel your subscription, you can easily do so from your App Store or Google Play account. After cancellation, you continue to enjoy premium features until the end of the period you've paid for. For refund requests, App Store and Google Play policies apply, but you can also contact us directly - we'll try to help. We can't always provide solutions in every situation, but we'll evaluate your case and do our best.

4. HOW SHOULD WE USE THE APP?

4.1 Welcome Uses

Using the app for your personal enjoyment, reading stories, making choices to shape your own story makes us happy. You can share your experiences with friends and enjoy our story world.

4.2 Situations We Should Avoid

We should avoid unauthorized copying and sharing of stories and images, behaving in ways that threaten app security, disturbing other users, or sharing your account information with others. This is important for us to provide everyone with a great experience.

5. OUR STORIES AND COPYRIGHTS

5.1 How Do We Protect Our Content?

Important Warning: Our stories and images are special works prepared with effort and protected by copyright. Taking screenshots, sharing them elsewhere, or using them for commercial purposes would harm both us and content creators. Please be sensitive about this.

5.2 What Happens in Case of Violation?

If you violate our copyrights, unfortunately we may have to close your account and may initiate legal proceedings. In this case, your subscription fee cannot be refunded either. We don't want anyone to end up in this situation, so please follow the rules.

6. YOUR ACCOUNT SECURITY

6.1 Our Expectations from You

It's important that you keep your account information secure, provide accurate information, and report suspicious situations to us. Your account is for your personal use only. Your security is valuable to us.

6.2 Account Issues

If situations like not following these rules, copyright infringement, disturbing other users, or using false information occur, we may unfortunately have to suspend or close your account. We do our best to prevent these situations from happening.

7. ADS AND OUR PARTNERS

7.1 Our Advertising Services

To provide services to our free users, we use advertising platforms like Google Ads. Our Premium members enjoy an ad-free experience. We'd like to note that we don't have full control over ad content.

7.2 Third-Party Services

We use third-party services for some of our features. These services may have their own privacy policies and their use is at your own responsibility. We take care to work with reliable partners whenever possible.

8. OUR SERVICE QUALITY AND RESPONSIBILITY APPROACH

8.1 Our Commitment to You

As TheStoryLoom, we do our best to provide you with the best story experience. We continuously improve the app, update content, and try to solve technical problems quickly. However, due to the nature of technology, we may sometimes encounter unexpected situations.

We work for the app to run smoothly most of the time, but interruptions may occur due to external factors like internet connection, device compatibility, or system updates. In these cases, we focus on returning the system to normal as quickly as possible.

8.2 Mutual Understanding and Protection

We take necessary measures to protect your data security while using the app. However, while we try to help with local data on your device, internet connection problems, or issues arising from third-party services, we ask for your understanding that these situations are not completely under our control.

If you encounter any problems, please contact us. We'll do our best to solve your problem. To be honest, we may not be able to solve every problem - especially situations outside our control like device compatibility, operating system issues, or internet provider problems. In rare cases of serious problems, we're ready to fulfill our responsibility within a framework not exceeding the subscription fee you paid in the last year.

9. OUR APP DEVELOPMENT JOURNEY

9.1 Continuous Improvement

We're constantly working to make TheStoryLoom even better. We may add new features, improve existing ones, or sometimes remove them. We take care to inform you when there are important changes.

9.2 Service Termination Situation

We don't want to, but sometimes we may have to terminate the service. If such a situation occurs, we'll notify you at least 30 days in advance and provide an opportunity to backup your data.

10. OUR PROBLEM-SOLVING METHOD

10.1 First Step: Let's Talk

When you experience any problem, first contact us directly. We can solve most problems by talking with understanding and good intentions. Send an email, share your problem - we'll listen and try to help. Of course, we can't offer a perfect solution in every situation, but at least we'll try to understand the situation and do our best.

10.2 Mediation

If there's a problem we can't solve between us, we can resort to mediation. We try to solve the problem with an impartial mediator at official institutions like the Turkey Mediation Institution. We share the costs equally.

10.3 Legal Situation

As a last resort, if legal proceedings are required, the laws of the Republic of Turkey apply and Istanbul courts have jurisdiction. Of course, we do our best to never reach this situation.

11. UPDATING OUR TERMS

We may update these terms from time to time. When there are important changes, we'll inform you through the app and by email. If you don't accept the changes, unfortunately you'll need to stop using the app. But we're always open to communicating with you.
